What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a pioneering therapy developed over 30 years, by the world renowned British therapist Marisa Peer. It is a multi award winning therapy, which achieves amazing results because it gets to the root cause of the issue. RTT embraces the many positive aspects of Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and produces phenomenal results in many areas. It can free you from emotional and physical pain and unwanted behaviours.
I work alongside my clients to uncover the meaning and interpretation of events, change that meaning and install better ones. This can lead to permanent, powerful change.
If you are in physical or emotional pain you want rapid results. RTT aims to deliver permanent change in just one single 90 minute session although, more complicated issues may need further sessions.
Marisa Peer who created RTT, and who personally trained me, has been made a Fellow of the National College of Psychotherapists for her contribution to the field and has recently addressed the Royal Society of Medicine.

What is included in an RTT session with me?
We'll have an initial chat about issues of concern and discuss your desired outcomes. You will then be guided into a relaxed state, but remain awake and in complete control, to review some key scenes from the past that are all to do with the root cause of your current situation. I will then use a variety of RTT tools and techniques to help you understand your past beliefs, and install new, better, transformational ones, to enable you to live your best life.
The session fee includes:
A 15 minute call with me before your session to discuss what issue you want to work on and your desired outcomes.
A 90 minute RTT session (please allow 2 hours)
A 15 - 20 minute personalised recording, which you commit to listen to every day for at least 21 days. (This is a critical part of this powerful process, as it firmly embeds the new beliefs and changes, which leads to freedom from your issue).
One 15 minute phone or video call a week, for the 21 day follow up period.
Regular texts during the 21 day follow up period to check on your progress.
